I'm confused because on my sheet it says to keep drinking hot tea if you get hungry during phase one to keep you feeling full and thats what I've been doing the past couple of days but I'm worried it'll effect my weight loss. It is decaf and it does say 0/0/0 so is it okay to drink often?
Drink all the decaf you want - if you don't add any milk or sugar, you are fine. Even if you drink caff tea, just add more water to your day to make up for it.
