Where do you get the CLA?

Alrighty - thanks! I went to Walmart and got some today! I am actually in the beginning of Phase 4, but have a bunch of excess skin that has some fat attached to it, so this will be an ongoing project, with exercise too, of course.

There are several choices on Amazon and many, many other websites, with a wide range of prices. I just found some at Walmart too. Just be sure you get either "Tonalin" or "Clarinol" because they are both trademarked processes for safflower oil based CLA, which is the right one to get. I don't know how to evaluate the quality of any of the brands as far as whether they actually have the amounts listed on the bottle. I am hoping that by buying the trademarked brands, they will at least have the quality controls in place to test their products.

I have always purchased this brand which is available from Costco, Wal-Mart, Superstore, Save-on-Foods, and alot of other places. You can also order it online many places. This brand is the one that is Tonalin. It's called MetaSlim. Here is a link for the Webbers Natural website. It shows regular CLA and a second one that has Green Tea Extract.

I'd be happy to hear if anyone else notices a difference. I definitely am not complaining about my 9 inches down in one week!

P.S. I'm laughing because I sound like a salesperson or a product rep, which I totally am not, just really happy with this finding.

Sewmam, I'm looking into this now (stocking up on supplements) and I was wondering how to tell if it is natural or man-made CLA...don't want to get the wrong kind! The kind I'm looking into is Solgar Tonalin CLA...I think if it's Tonalin then it's okay?

My local CVS has the Tonalin brand on sale this week - buy one get one free.
