I am on day 14 and have been 100% OP. Taking all the supplements except Enzymes. It is going pretty well except that I have had a headache since about the third day. Sometimes I feel like my head might explode!! Have tried the sea salt thing and doesn't seem to do anything. Have tried Tylenol, etc. with no luck. Just wondering if anyone else has been experienceing the same thing.

did you have problems with headaches before? are you drinking all of your water? your bp and electrolytes maybe really low, you may have to add more salt to your day. Sometimes I have to do the salt trick a few times before mine go away or just add some to your water as you drink it

How's your blood pressure? High bp can cause a headache. It's a warning sign.

Thanks for the replies. Never have had any problems with blood pressure or headaches before, but it looks like I had better have my BP checked.
