I was in maintenance very successfully from Memorial Day of last year until Christmas Eve....I took almost every weekend off from Friday around 4pm until Sunday afternoons....I then did phase one for Mondays and Tuesday and then a phase 3 like day on Wednesday and Thursday and until 4 on Fridays.
Then something happened around Christmas that I returned to alot of old habits and packed on about 12 of the 87 I lost. Down about half of those...working on the rest...just took the last week off.
