Hi Ladies, I have been searching for before and after pictures with the IP diet but haven't found many. I find they are great motivation. Would anyone care to share? today is my day 2 and so far so good

My before and after link is on the bottom of this...in highlighted blue....it changed my life. Went from a size 18 to a size 6, but settled at a size 8 (where I am now)....been in maintenance 10 months....on diet 8 months.

What an amazing weight loss! I went from a size 28-30 to a size 10 in pants. Tops would be more like a 12-14 to be comfortable because of my 'overhang.' I notice that you say you weight 157? Is that because of extra skin or do you have lots of muscle? I ask because I'm at 154, and I'd never have dreamed I could fit into size 10, but I also have 20 pds of skin, so that would make me a virtual 134, which would be in the healthy BMI for me. It's sort of confusing...

When I was 157...I was wearing a size 6 (loose). I am around 170 now and a very comfy size 8. I have always been very solid/musclular and weighed more than size. Most people guess my weight between 130-140....can't explain it.

But I have had a tummy tuck (years ago...so I have no hanging skin at all). I also had revisions to my tummy tuck (clean-up scar and retighten) after all the loss.

Lucky great ladies...doesn't it feel good. A co-worker and myself are both about a year in maintenance and depressed at the few pounds we are up...but so proud of all we have been able to accomplish. IP is a great diet...let me rephrase that...lifestyle change.

I saw photos of myself in Mexico last year, I just look at thos when I need a boost since they are not very nice
