My coach has given me no indication on the times I should eat my meals, or the length of time between meals. Usually, this is how I operate.
9:00: Breakfast (shake)
11:30: Lunch (salad, veggies and either a shake or pudding)
2:00: Snack (usually a restricted, sometimes a shake)
5:30: Supper (My protein and veggies)
8:00 Another nonrestricted packet (usually a drink) on the days I exercise, usually 3 days a week.

I've lost 3-5 lbs per week.

I think it all depends on your body and what you are used to. Afternoons are always my munchie time...always have been. My mom is also on the plan, and she has her snack in the evening because that is her munchie time!
