Default Walden Farms mayo

Hi
I just ordered the Walden farms mayo online. I would love to be able to put it in my tuna. I was wondering if tastes good and if not, do you all have any tips/ tricks to make it taste better?
I guess I should have asked this before buying it ..
Thanks

i don't really like it. I prefer the WF thousand island or the WF balsamic in my tuna. Having said that I paid four dollars for the jar and dang it I will consume it. LOL.

If you mix it with the Heinz low carb ketchup, or yellow mustard, it gives it a creamy texture. Alone I didn't like it.

I find it disgusting! I add seasonings to it and to spice it up. I also will use it up.

I would add my 1oz of milk, some splenda, a bit of lemon juice and it was edible...not great but ok for a tuna or egg salad.

I find it completely tasteless. I use it more for the mayo-type consistency and have added either mustard or WF thousand Island dressing to use on Finn's sliders.... pickle juice & celery salt might be worth a try next time around

WF items are tricky. I used some to make chicken salad but I think it worked because my chicken was spicy.

On the other hand I just tried the pancake syrup and blueberry preserves. Yum. Not bad at all. Also like the Thick and Spicy BBQ sauce. The ketsup is more like a cocktail sauce.

I'm totally addicted to the WF Chipotle Mayo! I also bought the Ranch flavor, but definitely prefer Chipotle. I'm not sure about the plain but if I try it will let you know! (We are lucky to have them in stock here in town).

Yum, my store only carries plain, I will have to check these out. Their chipotle dressing is good.

This is exactly what I did with my tuna. And I don't mind it. It's not the most pleasent stuff, but I like variety and that did the trick.

I've never been a mayo fan, even regular, but I did finally buy some because I went to an IP potluck and had the mock potato salad made with turnips and WF mayo, mustard, etc., and it was so good. I have missed my potatoes.... )

I don't like the WF pancake syrup, as I prefer real maple syrup and this uses an artificial maple flavor, but the blueberry, raspberry, orange and apricot spreads are pretty good. I made the crepes the other night with a thin batter, an egg white, cinnamon, a little stevia, and topped it with warmed blueberry spread and it was nirvana! I had made a sort of pita bread a couple times to use at lunch with vegees, but it was too thick and never really cooked through... yuk. But the thinner consistency was much better, and adding flavorings.

Creativity rules!

I wish I had been reading this forum when I first bought the mayo. I would have been able to enjoy it. I found it to be well...gross. But it's likely because I loved mayo and this was just not anything like mayo. Heavens, I don't even like low fat mayo, so who knows what I was thinking!

I like the fruit spread and the chocolate syrup however!
