Can I just confirm some ProtiDiet Facts:
Non Restricted: Chicken Soup Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal Restricted: Bars Protein Cookies Chili Im a little unsure the IP value of these items...im new to alternatives. Thanks for your help!! |
Yes, you have it correct. With the cookies if they are the high carb ones I think they say to only have twice a week.

all of the cookies seem pretty high carbs. Also with the IP products the cookies have the most carbs of all the products. The list you have here is correct.

so maybe one cookie a week sounds better lol just to be safe :)
