It's the weekend already? Wowza! Time is passing pretty fast.

This first week I'm not sure I can really say I was 100% OP. I didn't cheat, but I'm still learning the program and seeing what I can and can't have, so I'm still learning. On Monday I'll definitely be ready to go until I've lost all this weight. I'm really glad I decided to listen to my aunt and give this a try!

Good morning all ! I have a question, I forgot my vitamins at dinner. Should I have had them with my evening vitamins, or skipped them altogether ?
I am headed to my first weekend OP and I don't thi k I will be tempted to cheat, but I am afraid I may forget my vitamins & water.

Hi everyone, Not only did I dream about cheating last night, I also dreamed about feeling guilty over it and telling my husband all about my dream...SO when I told him this morning about my cheat dream I kept asking him "Are you sure I didn't tell you this already?"...so odd!!!

Week 2 weigh in lost 4.6lbs. :D A message to all who are just starting IP. It really does get easier as the weeks go by. I had a cappuccino drink this morning...um um So good. My taste buds are changing. Before start IP I hated veggies. Now I can eat broccoli with a little seasoning. I used to always drink my coffee with lots of cream and sugar. Now, I drink my coffee black and it's not bad. I'm so excited about IP and would tell NE it works.:carrot::carrot:

I got a tip from a chef about cooking(ie microwaving) eggs. When I use the 4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk in place of IP protein pack I add a splash of water and all my spices and just mix with a small whip and put in the micro until just cooked. It creates steam when cooking and the eggs are not tough but actually smooth and good tasting.
Also Litehouse has freeze dried red onions that are really yum

On my kitchen counter, next to my coffee maker, I have: water filter pitcher, vitamins, shaker, salt and oil. When I come home from work I go directly to that area, take the pills, make dinner and eat. In the morning I take the pills while the water is heating up for coffee. Yet, I have still missed a few times when I was rushed to go out and feed the horses or something else was going on -- no biggie!

Kind of late to post...my first weigh in was Wednesday...down 8.4 pounds!!! I'm finding that I really have a hard time with the soups so decided I would much prefer just a beverage and salad with veggies for lunch instead :) I made a chai tea "latte" yesterday using a recipe I found here and it was DELICIOUS! So good I felt guilty! LOL

Im on day 2 and I hope I didn't just mess up :( I had the omelette and rtd chocolate drink for breakfast. Is it OK to have 2 IP products for one meal? I didn't even realize it till it was too late. Thank you for any input :)

What happened that makes you think you went slightly "off plan?"
