Just 2 oz of a Hillshire Turkey Kielbasa has 90 calories, 5g of fat and 510mg of sodium, and 9g of protein. That’ just 2 oz and it’s turkey! Beef goes up to 15g of fat and 170 calories.

All of the "sausage" type of meat have to much fat, hence why they taste good, but they are off plan.

Welcome! But please understand that those of us on this site in the Ideal Protein forum are addressing our diets in a specific way and under medical guidance. Thus telling us not to eat processed foods vs whole foods does not apply to our current diets.
