Default Miracle Noodles?

I found a recipe that looks really interesting to me, however it uses Miracle Noodles and my coach knows nothing about these. I have done my own research on them and have found different information. Some say I should limit how often and how much I eat and others say that it can count towards my two cups of veggies, which to me is my biggest challenge. I am also getting very sick of chicken and the same mixed veggies every day. Here is the recipe, would it be ok to eat this every day?

I beleive they are treated as a 0/0/0 item. However, I wouldn't go overboard with them. Even though they are a 0 calorie item, the 0 calories are for the amount the company measured as a serving size (someone can probably answer this better than me as I don't know the exact terminology). Eating multiple servings will add up in calories. I would probably limit the miracle noodles to once or twice a week.

My clinic sells miracle noodles as well as the Walden Farms Products. Each bag is 2 servings. I think they said to limit the 0/0/0 foods to 2 - 3 servings a day.

0/0/0. They're really good but I wouldn't want to eat them more than once a day.

Miracle Noodles are OK to use as long as you obey the serving size (one bag is 2 servings), and count them as a serving of "extras" along with any walden farm products, sweeteners, drink mixes, and anything else you might use that has 0 carb/0 sugar/0 fat. Remember that even though something says 0 carbs, there ARE trace carbs that can add up if you go overboard on those "extras". A good rule of thumb is to have no more than 6 servings (according to package serving sizes) of extras per day.

The fda approves companies to put that something is 0 calories if its under 4 calories per serving. So one serving may be 0 but two may be 7. Same thing goes for carbs although I don't know the exact number. Anyway miracle noodles are good, just make sure you rinse rhem well!

some posts have said that the 0/0/0 noodles should be counted towards the daily vegetables and some towards the daily extras, which is it?
