Congratulations on all the losses & NSV. Also a huge congrats to getting through all the Christmas celebrations!!

Last week my coach was sick and on my home scale I lost 6.2. This week I lost 2.6 for a total of 8.8 since my last weigh in with my coach :carrot::carrot::carrot:

Have a great weekend everyone. I will be cookie cutting with my girls tonight and then decorating the cookies.

way to go that is great... keep it up you will soon look like your sister.

so I've found that i am craving soup. I made homemade vegetable broth as my base and am adding all my veggies and will add some ground lean turkey in a minute BUT then it hit me... how do i know i consumed 2 cups of veggies if i am putting in 6 cups of veggies (some for the DH and hopefully enough for tomorrow before a christmas party just for me) I should have thought all this ahead but now its too late. Any ideas???

NSV, had to go buy some new jeans, my others are just falling off me. It was so strange trying on new sizes... I tried on 3 new sizes and they all seemed to fit, i believe it was the style making the size range vary. But i talked myself into the smallest pair, knowing i will lose more :) My new pant size is now half what it was less than 2 months ago. So happy and excited :D

You should lose at least 5, I lost 10 inches off my chest and went down a few cups sizes... which is good but I was kind of use to leaning stuff on my chest like a plate or a glass etc... cant do that anymore.

TOO funny.

When your soup is done, dish it out into 3 separate servings. You will already have your other serving cooling to go in the fridge.

Hello everyone. I am on day 4 of the program. Have been satisfied with the taste of the packets so far. Not fond of the soups but I did like the chili. I had a little hunger issue in the afternoons (even with a snack) and about 7:30 but I drink some hot tea and I seem to be able to make until the morning. So far so good.

Hey everyone, looks like we had some WI's today that were great....congrats...I have a **** of a day and its not over yet! Just thought I would check in really quick and say HI

I bought herbal tea at the store and it said naturally sweetened to which I discovered later it also had stevia added to it. Is stevia allowed? If not, will a small 1/2 cup of hot tea throw me off?

Stevia is allowed. :)

I think Stevia is allowed, but be careful of things that say naturally sweetened. Sugar is natural. Even so, 1/2 cup of tea wouldn't have hurt you. Does it list the amt of carbs? Sugars? What are the ingredients?

Hi everyone,

Bubbly, I'd say you'll drop 5" in your chest. I've lost 2 inches from my chest in 9 weeks, but I started at 34.25 and am now at 32.25, so I didn't have much going on on top to begin with.

Anyway, week 9 WI today and down another 2 lbs, making for 27 pounds in 9 weeks. Funny that it works out to exactly 3 lbs on average- pretty much spot on to what they predict. If all goes according to plan, I'll be at my initial goal next week, but like I've mentioned before, I'm thinking of dropping it to 130. I still have quite the excess fat in my belly & thighs for my small frame. I'm just afraid that it will be hard to maintain. Oh well, more things to discuss with the coach.

Have wonderful, OP weekends everyone!

Stevia is allowed. In fact my coach says Stevia is the only sweetner I can use. However I do use Splenda once a day and loose just fine on it.

Thanks for the info. 0 sugar 0 carbs. Honestly it was way too sweet for me and made me want to drink a big glass of crystal light. I only drink my allowed water and usually a glass or two of the herbal tea. I preferred the non sweetened (the apple cinnamon was very good).
