I have been snacking on cucumbers as well. I think I do have a tendency of retaining water based on my weight when I was pregnant back in the day. My ankles swelled big time...I'm not big on splenda, however, I do use stevia on a regular basis. I treated myself to a hot organic cocoa with stevia the other evening when it was so cold out, it was almost like having a dessert..
