Good afternoon everyone!! I have WI #6 today! Stayed OP this whole week but not having problems getting veggies in... will have to work on that next week but not stressing about it now! I love my new diet coach, she is just so supportive and I even told her about our forum here!! Hope everyone has a terrific day and weekend! Decorating a cake for a baby shower on sunday... this might be interesting :)

Surviving Day 3! I've been feeling really 'off' all day, but not entirely miserable so I count myself lucky. Just as long as it gets better!

I'm really having even more trouble than I expected with the taste of the sweet things. Or should I say the aftertaste... Adding ice and other flavors helps, but I really hope I get used to the taste soon, or my choices are going to be really limited.

are you using your sea salt, if so add some extra in there. When I feel like that I usually put some in palm of my hand and lick it then drink some water, it seems to help

I don't know what packets you're using but I, too, found the sweet ones cloying. But, if you put 16, rather than 8, ounces of water in the puddings they make a great shake and much more filling the the ready to drink and much less sweet. Then there are the omelets.
