Default Big Mac in a Bowl/Veggies ?

Out of curiosity, does the lettuce (I use romain) count as my 2C of veggies? My coach said no, but I am literally so full after eating it, there is no way that I can consume more food...even veggies!!!

Help!!!

Lettuce is the one and only unlimited food on IP, so no, it doesn't count, but I know what you mean...I finally tried BMIAB the other night, and I was STUFFED. Next time, I'm going to swap out 1 c of the lettuce for thinly sliced spinach and see how that tastes - that way I'll at least get in 1 c of veggies.

I found the same thing too, now I have 2 cups of veggies around lunch time and my third around 3pm so at dinner I only have to fit in one cup, otherwise I was way too full and then I still eat my snack before bed

you could use radicchio, it's on the vegetables list but is a leafy green that would work in place of lettuce. I would mix it with the other lettuce as it has a strong flavor that can be a bit peppery/bitter.
