PayPal is easy...person doing the sending just emails an invoice. Once you get invoice, you can set up account. I think in US you can also set up a prepaid shipping label for someone else to print from USPS.

Receiver needs account and sender needs account ... Unless using credit card. However, as far as credit cards go, I THINK the receiver has to have a certain type of account. Also, there are fees associated with credit card use. I THINK it's usually the receiver of the funds that is debited for the fee BUT there MAY be a way to "invoice" thru PayPal and establish who pays. Wish I knew for sure but I'm just a simple user vs power user.

LOL... see... that's part of the reason why I don't have an account with PayPal and just use my cc when I have to use it for an eBay purchase. :p

Petite inseams usually run about 2 inches shorter than averages. I am almost NOT petite height, but I have a long torso and shorts legs (yay...). So not only do I need petite pants but I have to get LONG torso bathing suits....(double yay...).

Maybe I can go try a few this weekend to get an idea!

Thanks!
