    I dont think that with this protocol you should have any kind a stall, but I could be wrong...
  • I agree Jelly, there is no way you can't lose something for 6 weeks in a row
  • Give us a typical day menu.

    How much water do you drink? Do you exercise? Do you use a lot of WF products? Do you get your 2 teaspoons of oil each day? Do you eat your veggies AND salads?

    6 weeks is one he** of a stall, I just can't imagine it on IP either. A few weeks with low losses, yes. A slow loser? Yes. But 6 weeks with nothing??? Something is not right. What does your coach say?
