The caramel nut bars, hot chocolate, and chocolate soy puffs......taste the same as IPs and nutritional content is almost 100% the same. I still am buying ip products, but not these, oh yeah the vanilla peanut butter bars are the same. I havent tried nashua or protithins peach mango but the nutritional content looks virtually the same as IPs and I like thier shake. Will order that one alternatively next

sometimes it's nice to *know* that other people like a product before ordering it.... especially since I have to get it shipped to Canada.

I just put in an order yesterday. The shipping was tough though. They have more variety than proteinwell but proteinwell has free shipping. I'll let you know when I get it if I have to pay duty.

i have tried the chocolate soy puffs..those are good..the pretzels are good..the chicken noodle soup is good..Proti diet chocolate pudding/vanilla pudding.. chocolate marshmellow pudding

What i didnt like:

Salt and vinegar bites
Yougurt berry bar(tastes like whey to me)
Basil tomato soup(tasted okay, but couldnt get over the pepto bismol look)
Weight loss systems cheescake pudding(tastes nothing like cheescake)
caramal nut bars(has walnuts in it, which give it a bitter aftertaste)
Proti diet maple oatmeal(slimey and mushy)(taste is okay)
Proti diet blueberry pancake (tastes okay, but is rubbery)
Hot chocolate by Nashua aspartame free(tastes like hot chocolate whey shake)

Its been a real hit and miss for me regarding the products..very acquired it seems.. same with Walden Farms stuff..bought quite a few dressings and sauces i couldnt deal with..BUT BUT BUT..get the thousand islands dressing by walden farms ..its awesome for big mac in a bowl!

oh and the best RTD drink i have had so far is NewLifestyles Chocolate RTD..however..the shipping and duties were 20 bucks for me
