Lynsey, I am sorry for your bad morning! My scale was up a pound from yesterday and I gained .25inches in my knee and ankle(swelling from arthritis I think). Anyway, I lost 1 pound this week at weigh in for a total of 47 1/2 pounds in 20 weeks. I did lose a half inch in my hips! I think they are just sagging more, LOL!
I haven't decided when to start phase 3, I am still pretty happy in phase 2.

I like Phase 2 too! I am going to 3 Dec 8th though so I need all the losses I can get between now and then.
I really wanted to get TO goal 100% before moving to 2 and have whatever I lost there as my cushion but it seems I won't even make it to goal before moving to 3. Funny how life changes things for you. I know I'm not ready to be done. I'm still uncomfortable with my belly so I will have to restart once I get back I guess. Bummer. Does anyone know if you have to phase off everytime? Can I just do phase 1 until I get to where I want since it won't be that much? Or maybe I'll just try calorie counting or something different and see if I can lose the rest that way. I'm a big pot of unknown right now.
But if not, then that means I got a lot smaller, and that is a good thing too!
