Awesome you kept your loss when you took a break. How did you do that? I have found that I must experiment with lots of recipes and stay away from just packet eating. It gets so boring and dull, and it's nice to have fun with the food. Good luck to you.

I went organic... no processed foods at all and I work out 3 days a week. It was quite easy to keep off so I have lowered my goal... drastically but I'm just working on my mini-goals at the moment and I will get there eventually!

Thank you for the welcome back wuv2bloved, you are looking fantastic also... how has your journey on IP been?

I am so excited to hear that you were able to keep it off eating like that. That's how my family eats, and once I get to goal I want to be able to join them again. Glad to hear that someone's been successful!

Welcome Back Avalynn - and a big congratulations on maintaining your weight loss! That is a huge success!! May i ask why you took a hiatus? Was it because you were burned out on IP? Very brave of you. I think i would have been nervous to go plan for that length of time.

Hey there lady...how is married life treating you?

I too have been in maintenance since Memorial Day weekend and was able to keep it all off....I wanted to lose another 15 but after 10 the hubby said stop. So I am going to try maintenance again for awhile, but I constantly need to weigh in and think about my choices.

My daughter...unfortunately gained it all back...very sad...not sure what to do...my guess is that when she is ready she will do it.

Good luck

It's great to hear that you keep the weight off when you took a break AvaLynn. I'm considering taking a break because I'm going on a ten day trip to Paris. I don't know what to do
