I looked up on line; 0g fat, 5 calories, 1g carbohydrates and 1g sugar
My coach was pretty clear if i wanted to use anything had to be 0 Calories, 0 Carb, 0 Sugars (though she did say up to 5 calories would be ok once a day in a drink mix)
Why not just try the Walden Farms Ketchup?
