What kind of puddings and things do you have? I know some people add different flavorings and things to them. How remote are you? Do you have any kind of grocery store near you? You could probably get some kind of protein drink (the EAS Carb Control are very similar to IP) and use those to tide you over.

Have you tried making pudding cakes with the pudding? Add 2 egg whites, beat until frothy, then add 2 oz water and 1 tsp vanilla, then stir in pudding mix. Bake in muffin tins..2 or 3 sprayed with Pam...350 for 15-20 mins.

Will your coach let you return them? If so, get the EAS shakes at walmart. Otherwise you can have egg whites for breakfast. Look for the posts here to see how many are allowed as a packet substitute.

Walmart hasn't built a store in Prudhoe Bay yet? It's probably next on their list.

I don't love the pudding either, but the pudding cakes are a good way to get them down. Good luck!

If all else fails, just eat lean proteins and select veggies until you get back. Not IP but won't bump you out of ketosis and you shouldn't lose ground. Good Luck to you.

I lived on the butterscotch pudding for 3 months because it is the only IP product totally without soy, except the jelly. I never ate it as a pudding; always as a drink -- to cut the cloying sweetness. Try adding a packet to 16 oz water; or mix it with your coffee or chai tea.

I believe someone posted 1 egg and 3 egg whites is equivalent to an ideal protein packet.

you can also add different kinds of extracts to give it a different flavor when you are drinking it as a shake. Add ice to make it a little thicker in a blender, taste better than the pudding for sure. You might try that with the wild berry yoguart also makes a differecnce

Add extra water, cinnamon, and butter buds to the vanilla and make a "cinnamon roll shake".

The butterscotch pudding actually has soy protein isolate as the second ingredient. I have to stay away from both soy and gluten. The chocolate shake, rtd mango, peach and mango, raspberry jelly, and pineapple banana are all gluten and soy free. I also drink the cappucino without any side effects. Hope this helps!
