    Thanks Jenny! And stay positive...I know that you feel like you are losing 3 weeks, but look at all that you have gained since you started IP!! You have had some really good losses and I am sure after vacation you will continue to get where you want to be

    What is in your mouth in your picture? I loved phase 2. Felt the most satisfied and most energetic. I am on phase 3 and while the breakfast's are yummy and there is lot's of food, I Ferlinghetti a little bloated after eating it and miss my morning cappuccino which was just perfect for this non breakfast eater. My phase 2 was a packet for breakfast, meat & veggies for lunch and super and packet at bedtime. Good luck, I am sure your weight will start falling off again. I lost my last 10 pounds on phase 2.

    My coach definitely thinks it is water retention, and I feel like it probably is too, but I thought for sure it would go away by now.

    I usually have my protein with lunch and packet with dinner and the only thing I changed was having another protein at dinner instead of a packet. I have been exercising since the beginning and I usually eat the same packets week after week. The timing of my eating hasn't even changed.

    I am trying really hard to stay positive about it, but it is hard. I am phasing off for vacation, so I feel like I am losing 3 weeks now instead of 1.
    Thanks for your posts. Going on a cruise with my high school alumni in October (17 -22). I had not put any though into phase 2. We started phase 1 on a trip to NY...that was interesting.

  • I've been following this thread since I've been doing some form of PH2. My sheet says minimum of two weeks so you must be able to do PH2 as long as you would like?- unlike PH3 which must be exactly 14 days. Determined, how long did you do PH2? I'm afraid to stop losing in PH2 especially since its really slowed down lately and plus what jennydoodle says is happening is making me even more nervous.

    I did phase 2 for about 8 weeks. I plan to go back to eating that way after I phase off. We'll see. I know someone else who lost 110 pounds 2 years ago on ideal protein and eats phase 2 plus some added nuts and dairy 1-2 times a day and has kept her weight off. And she is a coach.
