Default Cups to weight conversion
I printed this out many, many years ago and have been using this for reference along with my handy WW digital scale. My copy is well worn and discolored....time to print out a new one.

I weigh my veggies also

- you get more (it feels like it anyway)
- it's more accurate
- most nutritional info is in grams
- some veggies are tricky to measure
