Pure Protein frosty chocolate has to be one of my favs. I make it per instructions, and add 8 oz of water, a starbucks via packet, and one oz of sf hazelnut syrup. it's been a breakfast mainstay for me for a couple of months now.

Just so I'm clear , you add 8 additional ounces of water?
I liked the 90% protein from Weider, the vanilla one, when I mix it with less water than what is suggested, it tastes kind of like cereal instead of of a shake where the flavor get lost.
Designer Whey makes a great protein powder. To the strawberry, I add frozen berries, sugar-free raspberry syrup, ice & blend with water. For the chocolate flavor, I blend it with the following: espresso powder, sugar-free chocolate syrup, ice & water. Yum!

I like this one too as it is sweetened with stevia.
I use the CytoSport 100% whey chocolate powder. I get mine from Costco,
6 lbs for just under $40, only 130 calories. It is a little too sweet for me so I add 1.5 cups water, more filling that way No bad aftertaste.
I tried the vanilla Designer Whey a few years ago and hated it due to some kind of weird aftertaste I now associate with protein drinks.
Be careful of the protein powders that contain high calories.
