Default Muscle Milk Light RTD 100 Calories

Anybody have an opinion on wether this is a good IP alternative or using them too? I have been using these and EAS CarbAdvantage shakes in lieu of IP products.

I've bought them before and found them quite tasty. I usually stick with the EAS CarbAdvantage because it's cheaper, but the Muscle Milk Light I think is a great alternative too.

i've used them before. i found the vanilla to have a very bad aftertaste, but they have a coffee one that is great. they never affected my losses.

Thanks! Just in case anybody else is looking at this, I did find an article (not sure of its credibility) that suggested it was a good meal replacement in general but not quite recommended for breakfast. I am just going to believe what I read and have the EAS for breakfast and use the Muscle Milk as pre/post workout supplements!
