Default Question about water consumption??

I cannot drink water after about 6 at night becasue than I am up all night long going to the washroom. So I usually consume the recommended 64 onzes before supper. Sometimes after that Ill have a couple more glasses. Is this an pokay system? or should I be drinking all through the day.. I usually chug 32 onzes in the morning and 32 in the afternoon..

My food diary thingy has me consuming at least 80 oz a day. I have a 20 oz cold cup from Starbucks and I just sip it throughout the day.

I don't think it matters when you consume your water, as long as you do it.

It depends on the area you live, the temperature and humidity, and how heavy you are how much water you should have.

The minimum is 64oz. The clinics minimum recommendations are 80oz to promote the best weight loss.

It is suggested you have 1/2 oz of water for every pound of body weight.

It is also suggested if you live in very hot or hot and humid climates during those times of year you consume a minimum of 100oz.

So, as for the question you didn't ask, "how much", it depends on your details.

As for your question, can you have it all before 6pm, YES! Your body doesn't have to have it all day it just needs to get it in.

I am the same way, if I drink too much too late I am up all night. I have been drinking a min of 72oz before 5pm. I often drink more because my coach told me I have to match any coffee or tea I drink with = water so if I have 2 cups of coffee = 16oz, I have 16oz more water for a total of 88oz before 5...so I live in the bathroom at work..lol.
