On day 3 and still feeling sick, heck I'm feeling even worse.. I am hoping that I get better soon. The smell of food, or my protein makes my tummy turn. Heck even talking about food does.
I am curious, is anyone out there not using IP packets that think it would be OK to sub my lunch shake with a lean protein.. I know that is a different phase but I think my body needs/wants a little more food, not just a shake.
Any ideas??
