Great Kat, fantastic!! I think they must've come over here though :/

Sitting here eating my big mac in a bowl. Funny the things you start to like! I don't like big mac's and I don't like thousand island, but I am sitting here relishing every tasty bite -)

WUV, you continue to do awesome! I'm wondering, when you said about the hip Dr. Will you need to have a hip replacement? My doctor told me to let him know when I really minded the pain in my knee when he was looking at my bone density reports. I told him I didn't actually have much pain. He said we will really have to watch it as I must have a very high threshold of pain.
I told hime we'd talk about it again when I got the weight off.

I was told I would have to have a hip replacement eventually. He wonders how I am walking as well as I am with the severe arthritis in my lower back and hip. I broke my left knee cap 4 years ago and they repaired it didn't replace it. A hip replacement only last 10yrs so he wants to wait as long as possible because I am still so young to have it done. So losing the weight is helping it. He was impressed when I went to see him yesterday so its all good!

WI #7 down... -4 this week.
Was hoping for more this week, I knew I should have hit the restroom before I left work lol.
My coach as "let go" this week and the owner's wife is taking over. It will probably be for the best.
Ok time to get ready to go walk.
Stay strong everyone...

It's good that you don't have much pain. I had both my knees replaced in 2008 and it was such a relief. the surgery and recovery is definitely tough but so worth it when you have a really really painful knee. Hopefully with this anti-inflammatory diet and your weight loss you can continue to not have too much pain. but when you do - the knee replacement is absolutely worth it.
