Hi everyone! I just starting my 4th week of Ideal Protein. I have been scouring the recipes threads over the past few weeks and have just recently made my way to the regular threads. I had a couple of slip-ups this past week having my 10 year school reunion, so this week was a dismal 0 for a loss. But at least it wasn't a gain! I am back on the wagon as of today, with today being my first day of no cheats. I look forward to following all of your successes. You are all such an inspiration!
