New to these threads!

Hi everyone! I just starting my 4th week of Ideal Protein. I have been scouring the recipes threads over the past few weeks and have just recently made my way to the regular threads. I had a couple of slip-ups this past week having my 10 year school reunion, so this week was a dismal 0 for a loss. But at least it wasn't a gain! I am back on the wagon as of today, with today being my first day of no cheats. I look forward to following all of your successes. You are all such an inspiration! :hug:

Has anyone found any similar products at stores to use instead of IP products once you get to maintenance? Like protein shakes or bars? This is getting soooo expensive.

One of the posters use Atkins products, other use EAS carb control shakes and pure protein bars.
