Can't get my act together today
So, I did mostly well today. In an earlier post I wrote that I woke at 3 am, so by mid-morning I was ravenous, because I had my pudding and coffee very early. I'm also bleary-eyed exhausted.
Had 5 oz of turkey in a salad for lunch. Had a restricted bar for dessert and for dinner I had 3.6 oz of tofu with my bok choy and broccoli.
I didn't totally blow it today, did I?
Should I skip having another packet today, because I had .6 oz over my protein for the day?
