hi, i'm doing the IP diet ,but the cost of the food is very expensive, school is starting in a few weeks and with 4 kids i have to cut some expense, so i wanted to order some food from nashua to save money and not quit my diet, can you give me advice on what i can order, pro diet? pro thin? thanks in advance

I order many of the same things- but only Proti, not Health Smart- just because I haven't cared for many of the Health smart samples they have sent me. I also order the Proti Diet chicken noodle & mushroom soups, the Proti Diet chocolate pudding (not the drink one) and the Proti thin BBQ soy puffs.

I just ordered some stuff from DietDirect with a promo code CHATSAVE10 and free shipping. They have some aspartame-free stuff, I think it was Wonderslim. I also have ordered from Noshua (extremely fast shipping) and Lindora. You just have to read the nutritional info. I also have EAS shakes from WalMart/Sams. Good Luck to you. I am also stocking a cupboard for when I switch to alternatives, I have enough $$ budgeted for at least 4 more weeks on IP, but like you, it is a big expense.

I like most of the Health Smart drinks except the strawberry kiwi. I also get some of the proti diet things, I think the chicken soup is proti diet.

I ordered the chicken noodle soup from protidiet, the cholate pudding as well and the cinnamon and spice oatmeal.
