Does anyone have a hard time using 1/2tsp sea salt a day. I never salted any of my food so i really have a hard time using it.

Busymom, I also have a hard time with the salt. I tried at first but I never salted my food and I finally asked my coach and she said don't worry about it. If I have a headache or something I might try the salt thing.

I also wasn't given any Omega 3s and in fact are they on the protocol sheet?
