Default Blueberry Cran Granata drink...question

I have started adding to my water to mix it up instead of just drinking water.
Apparently it has collagen in it and i am wondering if this really does anything. Does anyone know if this drink really does make a difference?

I'm glad you asked this because if it does work, I'l have it more often.

but what do you mean you're adding it to your water. It's a packet right? Sio it's one of the 3 we get in a day, right? So are you just adding it over the day and eating two other packets?

i just add a tsp or so to my water to break up the monotony of drinking just water. There is 1 carb in the whole packet, so one packet will last me couple of days. I don't use it as one of my 3 IP protein packs.

I asked my coach today and it does have collagen in it, so she recommends 3 a week. The jelly or jello also has collagen. Have a great evening!

My coach said you should only have a collagen pack maximum every other day. She said it's not a complete protein and too much collagen is not good for you. I'm not sure if this is accurate but I limit it just in case. She also said that if I was worried about cellulite or loose skin, that they have a meal plan during the maintenance phase that they can recommend to help with it.

I LOVE the Blueberry Granada drink and the jello!!

I have used both from day one....and I think they have helped with inches lost. I have lost 9 lbs, but 22 inches in 4 weeks.
