My teenage daughter's 14yo friend is about 35lbs overweight. She started a diet less than a month ago and has already lost 13.5lbs.
My daughter is the same build as her, and needs to loose weight as well, so she asked her about it. Then I called and talked to her, and then her Mom.
I started today, and my daughter is going to do a modified version. (She is super active and her dr wont ok the full program... so we are going to do EAS shakes for breakfast and lunch along with a salad and veggies, and she will eat a carb restricted dinner and a snack.)
The friend said she hasn't been hungry since the 4th day. That did it for me, I called and got enrolled into the class.
