I would like to get all that knocked out today so I am ahead of the game.

Anyone tried the dark chocolate pudding? Was thinking of ordering that. I am giong to order 4 boxes (instead of the min. 3) so I can have some variety. So far, my most satiating things are:
Omelet for breakfast (with romaine stir fry)
Chicken soup for lunch (with broccoli and asparagus thrown in) + salad
Chocolate drink for snack. I do like most of the other drinks as well but the choc drink has fiber so I think I will go that route.
Then I was thinking the dark choc pudding for an extra, but I haven't tried it yet. That or getting the vanilla drink so I can use it in my coffee . . . . choices, choices.

Thoughts? What are your favorites so far?

Tonight's Dinner will be Buffalo Chicken Salad =)

Fortunately my clinic sells singles so I have been able to try a lot of things. I don't like the bars. Find them too sweet. Love all the puddings and drinks. The chili and spaghetti is good with added flavors. Going to try the soy patties (a little scary) next week.

How do you make the buffalo chicken salad?

Well, Slim, you are looking just great!
Congrats on the graduation :book2: and the new job possibility.

How do you make the buffalo chicken salad?[/QUOTE]

I just make a regular salad (lettuce, cucumbers, celery) and added chicken breast that I pan sauteed in pam and a little olive oil and sea salt, chop it up and toss it in Franks Red Hot Sauce (since hot sauce is on the list) then throw it on top. I like spicy food - it makes me feel satisfied AND makes me drink more water!!

I did a BIG mistake tonight though and I am so disappointed. It was inadvertant but I thought I read that avocado was on the 2x week food list along with tomatoes. Soooo, thinking a little tomato and avocado would be good on a buffalo chicken salad, I chopped up about 1/3 of one and 1/4 of a roma tomato and threw it in there. Discovered avocado is a no no and worry I have undone all my hard work over the last 6 days. Dumb dumb mistake.

Wow! I been gone one little weekend and my thread blows up! Glad everyone likes it ;)
Alrighty, looks like I've almost lost 10 lbs in 10 days, go me! I have to admit, I cheated on Saturday with like...a lot of wine. and some curly fries. But it only stalled me one day, so That's good.
I have to say taking the vitamins for me is soo hard...I don't like swallowing them it makes me a little naucious. I wish there were 0/0/0 gummy vitamins I could take :P
Thank you for the alcoholey-beveragey recipes! i could have looked those up, but they were posted her for me! Thanks! Maybe that will help with not drinking wine haha
MaddyOnAMission---hope you don't take this the wrong way but if that is you in the avatar, you look like Snooki! I Like Snooki, so don't be offended :3
Lastly...CleticGirl...I really like the soy patties, I wrap them in lettuce and put a little ceasar WF dressing...yummy!
Okay, see you all tomorrow!

Porthardygurl 07-13-2011 05:06 AM

Ok im officially into this thread: Here i go!

Im Heather..you can call me Port or you can call me Heather..its up to you...I joined the IP protocol last week..and today would have been day 9 however i blew it..and so now im back to starting all over again at Day 1! So today is Day 1 for me..im using alternative products but have noticed that im getting great results..My first weigh in - i lost 10 pounds in 7 days...so that would be a BOOYAHHHH! Anywho..i cheated cause it was my daughters 1st birthday and you should never assign a women on a diet to frost cupcakes.....:(

Anywho..i started in at 296.4..ive been heavy my whole life pretty much and the thought of losing weight and looking smaller..well..its hard to get past that mental block..cause i dont remember what i look like at a smaller weight..so this should be interesting...Im looking to lose about 100 pounds..cause i need to get healthy for my family...so here i am!!

Hasta La Vista fat!!

Porthardygurl 07-13-2011 05:12 AM

Hey Wayward

You and i are going to be buddies okay? Your 5"10 and started at the same weight i did..and im 5"11...which means your my buddy cause your the closest in weight and height...so HELLOOOOOOOO!!!!

I dont know why i cant ever find anyone close to me in stats..is there really not that many tall girls in the world??? Everyone seems to be 5"5 or 5"7..it gets discouraging..Maybe my new nickname should be "the giraffe"..though techinically it should be more like "the giraffe who ate too much and turned into a hippo".

Ahhh k..enough with the jokes... anywho..just checkin in to say hi...By the way..the person who suggested romaine stir fry..thats a cool idea!

Oh and the 411 on the walden farms Maddy...They suck! for the most part..

I ordered the mayo, the chipotle ranch dressing, the thousand islands dressing...and my review is in:

MAYO: tates sour and not like mayo
Chipotle ranch: It smells sickly sweet and chemically and tastes overly spiced
Thousand islands: smells like thousand islands..i have yet to try it..

However, i have heard that the caramal dip, choclate dip and marshmellow dip taste good.. but for someone who doesnt want chemicals or nothing thats not organic..this is a bad choice...

Well..will check in later..

PS...WAYWARD.. i get it..forgetting veggies...yah...the first few days i remember i was checking my brain at the door..i wasnt functioning..haha..

Oh crap! i hope thats now how its going to be trying to get back into ketosis again...boo!

coliep 07-13-2011 07:11 AM

WF Dressings - I just bought the honey dijon. It is ok. I tried to avoid my favorites (Blue Cheese) because I KNEW it wouldn't be close, so I stuck with Italian (could be used for marinades) and Honey Dijon (for salad, dips, etc). So far, I am ok with it. Yes, I believe it does contain sucralose just like all the IP products. Not really sure how you are going to do IP if you are against the fake sweeteners because they all have it.

As for the WF sweet products, I am just staying away. I also plan to stay away from the IP bars and restricted foods. Thing is, I need to change my eating habits. Munching on crap and cravings for salty/sweet snacky things is largely what got me here in the first place. I figure I need to retrain myself NOT to be eating it at all so that I am not trying to wean from real crap to IP crap to no crap. Just going straight for no crap. =)

I am UP a pound this morning. Stinkin scale. Soooo disapointed. Now, that makes me having lost only 4 pounds in my first week. Today is day 7. I don't know if it is the result of my error yesterday but I cannot imagine it is. Perhaps it is becuase I haven't been able to poo in 2 days (TMI, but seriously not sure how anyone else managed on a low fiber, low exercise diet like this). Cannot wait to ask about options to cure that problem.

Anyway, you guys are too funny Port and Giraffe (ha, kidding). Nobody is similar in stats to me so I have to learn not to compare my losses to yours, so I am not disappointed. 4-5 pounds my first week is more than I would otherwise have lost (provided it is not 90% water).

Ok, I have a playdate with the kiddos this morning and I have already packed my lunch - just a giant salad with 2 cups veggies mixed in and WF dressing and one of the less than satisfying drinks (that is all I have left :/). They will be having pizza et al. I feel pretty well under control since, on the bright side, my stomach was the flattest today it has been since before I became pregnant. =)

Let's have a great Wednesday. We can ALL do it!!!

LegalEagle 07-13-2011 09:58 AM

Greetings All! I have been working like crazy lately! But am happy that I have (for the most part) stuck to plan and am down 7.6 pounds since I started up again last Tuesday! Love love love IP! :) I made a yummy mushroom and spinach soup over the weekend that has gotten me through my late nights at work (in addition to the chocolate soy puffs! delicious!).

So, my husband and I often dine out on the weekends (which he has been bugging me to do), but I am still fearful to go out to a restaurant, as I know that is my weakness (mostly, the margaritas!).. Nevertheless, I think after this weekend I will be courageous enough to venture out! Here in Miami, the food is amazing and luckily we have a lot of low-carbers, so it is not unheard of to be picky with your order - I guess that planning ahead is the key!!! Anyone have similar fears of restaurants or am I just being paranoid? ;)

Anyway, Happy Wednesday everyone! Here's to an OP remainder of the week!!!

Wayward 07-13-2011 11:28 AM

Heya Heather,
Sure sounds like a plan.

I will also chime in that the WF Creamy Bacon dressing I find to be pretty good.
I don't put a lot on, but on lean hamburger it really tastes like bacon and on salads it's pretty good.

As for going out etc. I just flat out don't plan on it, I have put this off long enough and I want to keep my eating under control as much as possible.
I figure if I don't put myself in the situations it will be that much easier.

Luckily my wife is doing it as well so it's easier because she doesn't want to fall off the wagon either.

Does anyone have an order sheet by chance they can email me or put up as an attachment so I can look over what I want to order this week?

I have my first weigh in tonight, of course it's only after 5 days, but you have to go when the person is going to be there.

So I want to get together what I am going to order this week ahead of time if I can, so if anyone has it, that would be great.

Colliep you cannot worry from day to day if the scale is up or down, if you are going to let it bother you then you need to not weigh yourself everyday. I will admit I tend to weigh myself but I try not to let it bother me or dictate anything.
If you don't do it at the same time under the same conditions (water intake, bathroom, etc.) you will always get varying results.
Just don't be ruled by the scale, your weekly weigh in is the real thing that matters.

Heather - no cheating, if you want to be my partner we are going to hold each other accountable :)

Everybody have a wonderful day.

Porthardygurl 07-13-2011 04:05 PM

You got it Wayward...

Accountability is indeed key!

Well, i stepped on my scale today..dont know what i was thinkiing..im up 2 pounds..der...should have stayed off it after having two bad days last week..but alas..its day 1 which means FRESH START!! So far..my fresh start has been going good..

Ive downed almost 2 litres of water before 1pm today and i attemped to turn my blueberry pancake mix packet into a muffin using 1 egg white and a little cinnamon and water and a tiny amount of baking powder...and NOTHING!!... it tasted like a rubbery microwaved pancake...so boo to that..guess i will stick with just making them a pancake like were supposed to... I also managed to try the tomato basil soup...mmm..the color put me off..it looked like i was drinking pepto bismol... bright pink!!!..tasted pretty much like tomato soup..i added a bit of italian seasoning to kick it up a notch..it wasnt bad..i definitly like the chicken noodle better though..

For dinner!!! its a burger in a lettuce wrap...looking forward to trying out my wf ketchup..im hoping it tastes good..im just plain not sure about the wf mayo..its so not like mayo mayo..but then again..can we expect it to be???

Hows your day going Wayward???

Oh and to answer about restraunts.. i rather not step into one..cause obviously i did just two days ago and resulted in a no-no..which is why i had to start over..so...im thinking restraunts and me..just wont hit it off ...

gettinmygrooveback 07-13-2011 04:40 PM

I was asked to post this in hopes that it would be some helpful information, especially to those you don't read through all the threads...(I know that is quite a task with SOOOO much information here).

I know just how hard it is not to cheat and how quickly that moment of weakness can totally ruin your outstanding accomplishments. Take the time to read Dr. Tran Tien Chanh’s booklet (the link can be found at the bottom of the first posting on each Daily Thread). Understand what is happening to your body to allow you to lose this excess weight so quickly. Empower yourself. I speak from experience when I tell you it feels so darn good!

Below are a few informative words of encouragement from my coach……a very successful IPer. Remember, you are worth it.

There is science behind everything that Ideal Protein sets forth in the diet protocol. For example, using a furnace as an analogy, you must have wood and air for a fire to continue to burn. Consider IP protein packets as the wood and your serving of veggies as the air.....you must put the two together at lunch and dinner to get the fire (your metabolism) to continue to burn. Some of you are missing the veggie component....it is best to follow your blue/gray sheet exactly as prescribed. No other diet is this extensive in scientific design...that is why it is called "Your last Diet"!

As many of you know, I have also been on the Ideal Protein program since March. Having moved through Phase 1, 2 & 3, I am now on phase 4. I've studied phase 3 at great length because it is the part of the Ideal Protein diet that really sets it apart from all other diets. I am referring to the reprogramming of the pancreas which occurs in the 3rd phase of the program. What I have learned and experienced in my own body is that cheating does not necessarily cause a weight gain or sometimes not even stop the weight loss, although it usually catches up with you. What cheating does however is break the "hibernation" of the pancreas. If the pancreas wakes up, however briefly, to secrete insulin and lower the effects of the cheat...it can not be resting and reprogramming. Therefore every cheat in phase 1 or 2 will result in two weeks longer in the resting or hibernating stage and ultimately result in remaining on the Ideal Product packets that much longer.

Hope this clarifies and makes you think before you cheat!

Wayward 07-13-2011 04:49 PM

Day isn't going to bad here.
I actually have my first weigh-in tonight so I am kind of anxious to see how that goes, especially since it's only been 5 days, I got cheated out of 2 days of my first week lol.

Had my oh so wonderful breakfast of vanilla pudding, just drank it. Tried mixing it in my one cup of coffee for the day, but that didn't work, so I mixed the rest up in water and just drank it.

Cappuccino drink and salad with radishes, cucumbers and cauliflower for lunch.

Tonight I am thinking grilled chicken and veggies and the ending the night with probably some Southwest Cheese Curls, unless my coach has some White Cheddar then I will be having those.

Overall doing well, not much for hunger pains etc... actually usually have to force myself to eat my snack at night, just wanting some greasy food lol.

But I am determined to do it.
I spoke to my boss's wife today on the phone, turns out she has been doing IP since March 1st and has lost 70 pounds, so I am very optimistic.

Just playing it day by day, but I need to get my wife on here too.
Probably won't happen until the weekend, just too busy at nights with the 4 month old.
Keep up the fight everyone.

Oh Heather let me know how the ketchup is, I saw it there but I was like blah, so please make sure to let me know if it's good.

Porthardygurl 07-13-2011 07:33 PM

Lets see..middle of the afternoon..im about to go to work.. i understand about the whole kid thing..I have a 1 year old daughter..but my hubby takes care of him while i go to work in the evening..

The ketchup isnt bad..just like the bbq sauces..ive got the honey bbq sauce and the smokey bbq sauce..though im told the honey bbq sauce is better for grilling or bbquing more so then eaten cold on food..

I definitly woudlnt get the mayo thoug..bleh..and inless you like really spicy..dont get the chipotle ranch..i made the mistake of getting it..people were saying "its hot" but i was thinking "over-exageration..."... but nope..there right..its hot...

Gosh your so good at getting your veggies in...ive had salad..aka..lettuce...today..but not anything else..im just not hungry..i guess when i get home i will get some raw veggies and eat them as is.

Wayward 07-13-2011 07:35 PM

Remember the lettuce is a bonus but not required, the cups of veggies are :)

coliep 07-13-2011 09:01 PM

Did pretty well here today too. Breakfast was a frozen cappucino IP, morning snack of lettuce stir fry. Coffee with stevia (a lot) and a ton of water. Lunch was a salad with 2 cups of veggies, WF dressing and a mango drink (eh). Came home and had my snack (I like it better before dinner than after). Dinner was a lettuce stir fry, pea pod greens, pan "fried" tilapia with ginger garlic and scalions. Another bottle of water and tea with splenda for "dessert". Not feeling that super energetic feeling I had for only about 36 hours and kind of wondering still if I am not in ketosis.

Anyone here know if the energy dissipates even while in ketosis?

Toothfairy4459 07-13-2011 10:47 PM

Cat,
Thanks for the great info. It definately will make me think about cheating. I am on my 3rd week and very motivated. I am taking it one day at a time.
Keep up the great success. Jan

Porthardygurl 07-14-2011 03:02 AM

Well...i end my day at 11:30 pm with a nice cup of warmed chocolate pudding with a little sea salt in the mix..give it that salty sweet goodness..

In other news: i failed in the veggie section!!!! I went ahead and ate two bowls of romaine lettuce like i would if i was eating a ceasar salad but i didnt think twice about the other veggies..DER!!! so i missed my 4 cups completely and there is no way im going to be able to stomach 4 cups of veggies at 12midnight...yikes!!! Okay..might have to re-think my day as far as menu planning..got to fit those veggies in...but other than that..1 day complete..only.. a gazillion more to go!

How did the weigh in go Wayward???

sunshine1986 07-14-2011 08:16 AM

Today is WI for me. Have managed to stay OP all week, so hoping for a good number, even as my kids are currently eating french toast with syrup... I am thoroughly enjoying my coffee with cappuccino pack. :) :) :)

Wayward 07-14-2011 11:03 AM

First weigh-in down, was actually thinking I would have a bigger number but I don't want to sound like a jerk due to what I did have.
Down 10.4 pounds for the first 5 days.
Took a little longer then we thought it would, but we got everything squared away now for next week.
Met our coach, she is pretty nice, she is 4 pounds from her goal and is still pumped for the program.
Got slapped for not keeping my journal with me, but I told her I would get it to her, it's not like it changes, OP and a salad with lunch and dinner and 96+ oz each day, nothing changes, I am too fricken picky to have changes lol.

Heather you have to get your veggies in, they are almost as important as the pills, you need your veggies, all the lettuce is for is roughage basically. I planned poorly today so I can't jump too hard.
I have 3 radishes and some unpeeled cucumber in the fridge here at work for my lunch because I didn't prepare well last night.
Got home 3 hours later than normal though :)

Got my new bike seat in, my new one doesn't kill me as bad, once I figured out how to get it mounted, lol. Couldn't figure out I needed to remove the seat post adapter from my new seat to fit on a "real" seat post lol.

Did get a little riding in though, baby was a little constipated which meant he was grumpy, so had to give him a laxative, and then he just went to sleep after he was able to get "rid" of the situation hehe.
Another bad round of neck and head pain last night but that is what I am going to physical therapy for, I just hope I see more results soon.

Ok, time for the morning meeting, be back after that and breakfast.
Have a wonderful day everyone.

cherbee82 07-14-2011 11:47 AM

Hi July Newbies! I am new to the thread and the IP diet - actually, I'm ordering today and starting Monday. So, in anticipation of really needing your support and already needing your advice - I thought I'd ask my first question - what should I order for Phase 1??? :)

Wayward 07-14-2011 11:50 AM

Welcome to the thread and welcome to IP, I would not be the right one to ask since I am so picky.
Are you starting the program from a clinic or ordering straight from a website?
If from a clinic you typically get a starter kit for your first week to 2 weeks depending on the clinic.
If you are ordering your own supplies I would wait for others input, I will say 1/3 of my week 2 supplies was another box of cappuccino drink lol.
Again welcome :carrot:

cherbee82 07-14-2011 12:11 PM

Thanks Wayward! I was eyeing cappuccino myself. I'm ordering from someone - so I know that I'm supposed to get an idea of what I'd want. I have 3 weeks until a wedding, then a week where I'll be "on a break," but I'm hoping if the 3 weeks goes well when I get back from my friend's wedding I'll get back on IP until my goal weight (and I wouldn't mind being a little lighter than my goal weight either. :)).

coliep 07-14-2011 02:26 PM

WOW! 10 Pounds! That is a lot. Nearly miraculous if you ask me! I cannot imagine how / why you would anticipate more of a loss. That is huge and too much more and it would be like instant sagging skin I would guess!

Today was my first weigh in also. I was very happy with my progress - Down 6 pounds! I think that is amazing. I DO realize that the first week is typically the biggest so I am hoping for 2-3 pounds a week hereafter. She said maybe 3-4 more weeks and I would move to phase 2. That sounds a bit optimistic for me but encouraging no less! Measurements irrelevant because the girl doing it was a new one and the approach to measuring was very different. Next week will provide a more accurate comparison.

I have noticed that I have ketosis breath and stink. Definitely not a fan of that. Thankful for mini peppermint altoids just wish it didn't feel like it was eminating from each pore!

Anyway, as for what to order ... I think you will know better after your first week of samples they provide. For me, I like to emulate how I am going to eat when done so I don't want an entire diet of shakes, puddings, bars, and restricted snacks. I want more "real life" meals. So, for that reason I chose:
- Omelet for breakfast (I can eat with lettuce stir fry for now and later on add veggies, I like hot sauce for some spice).
- Chicken soup for lunch (you can add more water for less creamy or keep it thick, I add in 1 cup of veggies like broccoli and asparagus . . . could also puree together for a cream of broccoli type soup . . . and then have with a side salad with 1 cup more of veggies).
- Chocolate Drink (it is a little higher in cals and carbs but has fiber and tastes great - can add to coffee, have as a drink cold or hot, freeze for a sorbet type thing).
- Dark Chocolate pudding - I am getting this for the first time.

Feeling great and so excited at the prospect of being back to my "normal" weight for the first time since having kids 4 years ago (I have been pregnant and/or nursing for the last 4 consecutive years). ANyway, baby crying gotta go!

cherbee82 07-14-2011 03:12 PM

So excited to get started - I wish I could have the food shopped overnight - but I guess I'll just have to wait for Monday. My one fear is not that this won't work - but how to keep it off ... anyone else struggling with after losing how to mantain without always using IP?

coliep 07-14-2011 03:20 PM

This is a newbie thread so I don't think you will find an answer re keeping it off. My doctor and the NP who I meet with weekly both did the diet to lose their babyweight and both have healthy bodies now. I was told they are consciencious but resumed more normal eating!

Porthardygurl 07-14-2011 03:48 PM

Hey Everyone!!

Glad to hear you are all doing well!

Wayward, im impressed..10.5 pounds is great! I lost 10 in 7 days and we started close to the same stats..im not suprised that you would lose more than me..being a guy..

I weighed myself on the scale and i managed to lose those cheat pounds from the other two days..so now i can officially say..ive lost 10 pounds..AGAIN..cheating is bad..and not worth having to lose the pounds you lost again..

Im going to go to the store again and im going to invest in some celery and i already have some zucchini and mushrooms..so im going to try and make a soup using one of my soup packets and adding in veggies..try and choke them down...

Then will make a salad later..and going to try the big mac in a bowl tonite!! mmmmmm!

Oh...and Wayward..i understand about the constipation thing with the kid..My daughter was born 6.5 weeks premature and she had that issue often..We had to use glycerin suppositories..One thing that you can try is 3 parts water to 1 part apple juice...just feed 1/2 ounce to baby...it should get things moving..Is your baby on formula??? Cause that would explain the constipation if so...Usually it has to do with the formula...and if so..you might want to consider switching formulas ifyour finding it happening alot.

cherbee82 07-14-2011 05:41 PM

Thanks Coliep - I think I meant is anyone else worried about it - but I'm definitely getting ahead of myself - first thing first - I need to just start it. :jig:

coliep 07-14-2011 06:01 PM

Ahhh, yes, definitely also worried about life after IP but I am also confident that I can maintain pretty good eating habits. I was decent before but had a late night snack/wine habit and a lot of hormonal changes that I think prevented my weight loss. I think 6 weeks of IP will change my awareness of how/what/when I eat and then feeling fabulous will help me from getting into bad habits. All we can do it commit and move forward, one day at a time. We CAN do it!!

In re Olive Oil. Thanks! I cannot stomach that alone but I will try cooking my morning veggies and IP omelet in a little. The combo might help! Also, she told me today that "sluggish bowels" are common in the first week but it should improve in the next few days; otherwise, I can take MOM or Novi somethingorother. I will try the olive oil and hope for the best!!

I want to put my kids to be at 6pm so I can relax with my hot chocolate drink and go to sleeeeeep!

Porthardygurl 07-14-2011 07:50 PM

OOOOOOOOkkkkkkayyyyy...its late afternoon and i have found a way to down 4 cups of veggies...mmmmm...veggie soup! and im stuffed..i had a mock ceasar salad for lunch with 2 cups of veggie soup=4 cups of veggies..and i still have two packets to do which i will have when i get home...and i have big mac in a bowl to try tonite for dinner!...woot!

Starting the 29th

My name is Amy, I am 41. Seeing a Dr. on the 29th, hopefully that will be my start date . I have about 25 pounds to lose. Gained 20 in 3 months after a seperation, and sadly started smoking. My goal is to get back in shape and stop smoking, but need to lose this weight first. Feeling hopeful!

I had a similar issue. They told me to try Milk of Magnesia. I bought it yesterday, it worked this morning. I feel much better. And lighter!

I am used to a very high fiber diet so this transition has been challenging. The MOM might be my new best friend!

On another note, I cannot turn down the free babysitting offer today at a local fitness studio so I am going to do an hour Zumba class and then tonight is my usual 15 min abs. Think I may need an extra packet to compensate. Had a great breakfast - the fine herb and cheese omelet IP, 20 ounces water, cup of black coffee (yay me), and a romaine stir fry. Stuffed and energized.

Hello everybody,

This is the first time I post anything, I just registered and still don't know much about this site, I get lost between threads, but I guess I will get used to it.

I started the ideal protein diet two weeks ago and I lost already 16 pounds, that is really amazing, after I tried almost everything and gained back all the weight and got discouraged, I have lots of hope in this diet, it is transforming me from the inside out.

I am still so scared that I would not reach my goal, I go through tough time now and then, but so far so good, I'm sticking to it as I never did with anything else.

I hit 250 pounds and I was so desperate to lose weight, I started by counting calories and lost a little bit then gained a little bit, all in all after one month of extreme exercising, I found myself at 248 and this is when I started the Ideal Protein.

Now I am at 232 pounds and I hope I will keep on losing an everage of 5 pounds a week so I can feel good again.

Thanks everybody for sharing your stories, it's so inspiring.

Finally day 7..... tired today, but that's because I didn't get enough sleep last night nothing else.
Should be an easy day though, it's Friday, I have to leave at 2:45 today because my little one is having his second round of immunizations and then I have physical therapy afterwards.

Going to finally try the chocolate drink for breakfast this morning, and then going to give the pink lemonade a try for lunch.

Man I worked on those southern cheese curls for over an hour last night for my snack and still didn't finish them all, those are pretty dang good I must say.

Should be a pretty relaxing weekend for a change, nothing too stressful, have to get the oil changed on the wife's car Saturday morning, do a recycling run, and get some biking in, but other than that really nothing.

Anyone have any big plans for the weekend?
Have a good day everyone :)

O.k. I have to say something, for those of you that haven't tried the Chocolate Drink.... wow, it was pretty fricken good.
Didn't taste like a diet drink, didn't taste like whey, it was actually very drinkable.
I could go on with those and cappuccino alone if I had to.
