Hey girls! I am always up for offering support and advice. I think we all go through essentially the same struggles but in a different way. My struggles are the weekends, but they are getting better. I always try to offer up what works for me or doesn't or if I am trying something different on any given week. I am the guinea pig for my doctors office, and I workout, so sometimes my protocol is a little bit different.
This week, for example, my doc wants me to do 5 packets a day on days I workout. I did this a couple of days last week, just b/c I was pretty hungry on those days, and I had a pretty good WI. So he wants to see what happens if I do 5 on most days. Could mean I will have a nice big whoosh, or could be a complete dud. But that is the price to pay for being the test study for them. :)
