I'm going to start tracking my foods and exercise in My Fitness Pal but I have no idea what the IP packet nutrition values are. I just buy them by the packet not the box so I don't know what to put in there. Or are they in the database? I didn't even look! Also does anyone know how many teaspoons are in the Walden Farms salad dressing packets? It says they aren1oz. but My Fitness Pal will only take teaspoons, or tablespoons. I guessed two.

most of the IP products are there already just type in Ideal Protein in the search and pull it up... same with the walden farms, Hope that helps.
