July Challenge
Since I've browsed without finding anything, I thought I'd see who was up for a July Challenge..
For myself I'm setting the bar kind of low, 10 lbs.. I've got my anniversary July 9th, and a week long vacation mid July.. I'm committing myself to staying 100% protocol, as I can make drinks that seem like cheats, but stay true to program and I can definatley eat protocol friendly foods for all my meals! Who's willing to join me?? :hug: |
I would like to join although I'm not doing IP really. I'm doing it without doing it if that makes sense. :) I'd like to lose 15 pounds in July.

I would like to take up this challenge and lose the lucky thirteen pounds, counting the days from tomorrow to July 31. That comes out to be fully five weeks. Even though I have two weeks of vacation during the duration of this challenge, I will stay true to the Protocol. Thirteen pounds lighter by July 31! |

I would like to join in. My goal is to be out of the 150's by the end of July. It will definitely be a challenge as we will be having company and I will be doing some traveling. But I am going to stay OP and work on getting to 149.9 by July 31.

I've only had one weigh in, which I know is usually the best, so I"m not really sure how my body will respond from this point forward, but ideally I would like to be 155 by the end of July. As jennydoodle asked, what exacty is involved? |

I"m in too! Also want to lose 15 pounds, that seems to be my average every month and I'd like to keep that up :)
Fortunately...or unfortunately for me the month of July will be busy with 5 day a week practicums so not much time for socializing and food challenges. It seems the less I have to do the more I'm tempted by things...so busy is good :) Although of course I'm still jealous of all you who are enjoying the summer....not like we are having much of one in my area of the world :( |

I want in too :) I want to lose 15 lbs in July. I will be on vacation at the beach for the first week of July and I am scared to death of blowing it due to peer pressur, which includes my husband. He and his friends are big drinkers together. I think I can, I think I can !

I love these challenges. :) They help me stay accountable.
I WILL be 164 by July 31st. 165 is the lowest weight I ever remember being, and it was when I started high school. So hitting 164 will be special. :) |

I'm totally in! Another one who wants to get rid of 15lbs in July. I just had my second weigh in and am down 13lbs by her scale. 15lbs by mine, and weighing in the morning.

I'm in for the July Challenge! I lost 8 pounds at my first weigh in yesterday so I am pumped and ready to go for July. Will we weigh on our own scales on Fri., July 1st and use that number? Then weigh the last day of July? I don't go back to my IP clinic until July 5th to be weighed, I guess I could use that number.

I'm starting my fourth week on IP and have been doing fairly good so far. I've lost about 16 pounds. I've been sticking to the protocol really well for the most part, with a couple 'little' cheats here and there that make me afraid if I don't STOP even if they seem minor, they will add up and sabotage my weight loss!! :( :nono: So this July challenge is perfect for me to stay on track 100%! :cheer2: My husband and I's anniversary is in August and we have a weekend trip planned. I'm fully planning to stay on track that weekend. It would be fabulous to keep averaging at least four pounds per week through my second month (July) and lose at least 28 pounds by our trip (it's in 7 weeks)! ...I had to look at my calendar twice.. after not being able to lose weight on ANYthing else for the last 15 years, 28 pounds seemed like too much! I hope I continue to average four pounds a week!!!!! |
I want to lose 15-20lbs by July 22nd. I will be graduating from college and walking across the stage...BIG ACCOMPLISHMENT for me!
