Count me in. Im brand new and am starting on Monday after this Canada Day weekend. I'd like to see 15 lbs gone by July 30th.

Ok, so I had WI #2 today and I lost only 2 lbs from last week. However, I'm bloat- central as my period is due.. now... like anytime it should be here... I'm counting the minutes ughh. I weighed myself a few days ago (I weigh myself about twice a week, can't help it), and the scale was a little lower than today, so I think once all the bloat goes away, I should be fine.

Well I had my weigh in this morning and had a gain of .7 but had a loss of 1 inch. This is my first gain, was not too happy about it but I know I did everything I was suppose to do so I don't know what is going on. Keeping my head high and moving on to the next week!

Wow, I've been gone for a few days and I return to a wonderful response to the July challenge!!!
I love doing these challenges, it's always nice to have the extra support!! I have my first July weigh in on July 6th bright and early in the morning!! I'm almost back to my weight before stopping IP in Feb, so here's to hoping it all goes well this week!!! |

My weight this morning was 158.4. My goal is 12 lbs so it would be 146.4. In May, my husband took our dog in for her annual checkup. She weighted 147 lbs! I am so close to my goal of weighing less than our dog! She is a mastiff/bloodhound mix, so it is a big dog!

I weighed in this morning on home scale at 191.6. I would like to lose 15 for the month of June (really I would like to lose 20, but I am being realistic)!

July is here!!My weight is hovering on 175 this morning. I swore off bars and nuts last night after suffering three days of hunger onslaught.

I'm in too. My hope is to be at goal by the end of July... That's 10.5 lbs away... I might change my goal weight, but for now it's 152 (healthy BMI).

I weighed in at 159 officially on 7/1. My goal is to get out of the 150's this month, so I am looking at 9.2 pounds for this challenge!

I am joining the July Challenge also. I want to lose 12 pounds in July..around 3 lbs a week. My weigh in is 178 today. so my goal would be 166 by the end of July. This is 4th of July Barbecue weekend. We are having guests tonight and cooking ribs. I plan to eat salad and a plain lean burger..My main temptation will be staying away from the wine! |

I have stalled at 270 since mid June (too many slip ups) I am back on track starting now. I want to be down to 255 by the end of July. Lets do this!

Im in... I have a 25th class reunion coming up the first part of August and I would love to be out of the 150s.... since I just started, don't know if its possible, but if I don't make it, it won't be from lack of trying!

Officially weighed in at 157.4 this morning. Not too shabby, seeing how it was only 5 days after my last WI. Only 7.5# to go for this challenge ;)

Ok so weigh in #3 for me, down 3.5 lbs, which puts me at 162.5 lbs. I'm happy :) I have 7.5 lbs to go to meet my goal for July. I cannot wait to see the 150's again!

Am I the only one waiting and going from Friday to Friday for the July weigh in? My weekly weigh in is tomorrow but I was going to wait until Friday to post here since that makes one week. I guess it really doesn't make a difference. I was just curious.

Count me in! I just started IP on Monday so I'm not sure what to expect. I know I will lose a lot the first week, but not sure what to expect in the following weeks. I will start off with 10 pounds for the month of July. Good luck everyone! Here's to all of us staying OP this month!!!:hug:

Okay, had my weigh in...drum roll please....ONE pound!!! Just 14 more to go! Sigh...I am doing everything I can. More protein.

I'm down 2.25 lbs this week. And only 8.25lbs to goal... I might move my goal again, but am hoping to get to 152 by the end of the month. Oh, and I'm going to add "fit in a size 6" to my goal as well... Some of my 8's are starting to feel roomy. I love that!

I'm up for a July challenge. I'm new to the boards. But I've been doing IP since late Dec 10'. I'm 51lbs down. Lost 0.4 last week for the 1st July WI. And aiming to lose 10lbs by the end of the month.
