I've never shown anyone else these pictures, but I figured now is the time to show off a little bit.
From January to May I worked out almost daily (got up to running 6 miles at a time) and was eating 1200 calories or less. I lost 10 pounds in those 4 months. I was really sad about the slow speed of my loss.
My best friend (she frequents these boards, too!! Hi BFF!!

) introduced me to IP. Her results blew me away.
Now, 6 weeks into IP, I've lost almost 30 pounds on the program and 40 pounds total. I'm 10 pounds away from where I was when I got married 2 years ago.

The one with my husband is two days after we began IP.
The last one is today. Down almost 40 pounds and looking pretty fantastic!
