Default Today is day one

Hi all today is my day 1 Im am so excited to get this journey started.
I am hoping to keep my motivation by coming here and reading all the success and encouragement from others.~

Welcome! Today is day three for me i plan on being on phase one for 12 weeks till the end of school. I need to lose 45 lbs. if i don't hit that number by them i'll re-evaluate. I need smaller goals and for me 12 weeks is doable. My first WI is fri. Good luck on your journey.

Just stay on plan and you will do great. The first few days are the hardest but it does get better.

Welcome! Today is day 8 for me. I lost 5.6 lbs the first week and was a little disappointed but I have decided a loss is a loss. I found the first few days easy for some reason and have been struggling the last few days. No cheating though as I am determined to get this weight off. Good luck! Hope you had a good day!

Hi Burkee! How's it going? You're on day 4 already!! Yeah!!

It does go by quickly. I just had my second WI today and I can't believe how well it's going! I'm down 10 pounds an 19 inches!

Keep up the good work, stay OP and you'll be there before you know it!

Hey there! 5.6 pounds lost in your first week is great! Just keep going! The great thing is that at your next WI you get to add that loss to your first WI loss and you'll start to see those numbers add up quickly!

Its going good, Im a lot hungry LOL headache (had a horrible miagraine last night) not a lot of energy but I don't feel bloated and no heartburn yeah. I went to a meeting today for work and they had sandwhiches and cookies i was so proud to only touch the salad and brought my drink Oh and lots of water.
