Default phase 4- carb counting?

I am looking ahead I am currently in phase 2, will start phase 3 next week and have been reading about how many carbs, etc in phase 4. My question is- do you look at total charbohydrate when calculating grams from labels? Or net carbs? Also is there a good source for finding lowest carb version of everything? Thanks to you all- sl glad I found this great resource!

I have been following the guidelines and not worrying about counting carbs beyond following the restrictions of phase 4.....but I do opt for highest fiber items and smaller portions of the carbs at dinner.

I'm handling phase 4 the same as Darbs. I don't specifically count carbs, but try to make better choices. My phase 4 looks a LOT like phase 3.
