Sandwich Meat??

Hi there, just wondering if anyone knows if we are allowed to eat sandwich meat? Sometimes I don't have time to cook a steak or chicken breast for supper, and having some sandwich meat in a 'lettuce' sandwich might be a good quick alternative. Thanks!

I've wondered the same... I often make a IP friendly Tuna Salad with WF mayo, some onions, dill pickles, and crushed red peppers.

I have had 93% lean turkey slices with my meals without any issues. I just looked at the nutritional label
for carbs and sugars

i've used low sodium lean deli ham and turkey, especially when I'm on the road. Haven't had any problems with it.
