This is just a suggestion but would you want the contact info for my coach? He does ship to areas with no ip clinics and provides daily support through email and text messages. It sounds from some of your posts that you could really use the support and guidace to help you stick on program

The reason why im doing alternatives is because i cant afford to do the IP products..If i could have afforded it... i would..but i cant..which is why i look for alternatives.
