Indian Food on IP!?!
Hi there, it's a friends birthday this weekend and she has decided that we should celebrate at a local Indian Restaurant. Pre-ideal protein Indian food was my favorite indulgence, so I know this could be an easy opportunity for me to slip up and indulge :( That being said, I want to have a game plan to avoid cheating. Any suggestions as to what to eat/order at an indian restaurant that follows IP protocol? Any ideas are much appreciated!! :)

I would suggest any grilled meats or fish, ie something cooked in the taandoor oven. Avoid any curries in a sauce (most sauces are made using ghee or oil)
I don't think taandoori chicken is on protocol (because of the marinade), but something like that does have less calories than a chicken curry. Hope this helps! |
Hi! I have a dinner date with friends at an East Indian restaurant and I really couldnt think of anything I could have so I am curious to hear back from others like brummie with options.
