Hey Jessica,
Could you post the link we can find the nutricional info for IP foods? Thx |
The one I found all those on is:
http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/search Just type Ideal Protein into the search and it will come up with like 6 pages of results for you to click on and get more info. :) |
Wow thanks!
I looked on the IP site and couldn't find it on there so I stopped looking, guess I shouldn't have been so lazy and justbdone it myself! |
Is the Broccoli Cheddar soup new? I haven't seen that as an option, but I am new also. Is it any good. I really like the chicken soup, but not too fond of the others.

Someone also said they bake it over cauliflower and it tastes like cauliflower cheese sauce but I haven't tried that yet. I don't know how new it is because I just restarted the program this past week and they didn't have it a year ago. |
The fitnesspal tool is great
the calorie count and nutrition is generally correct, but eg. the cereal listed at 110 cals vs 90, so I corrected it but a great tool if you are tracking nutrients! AND, it has an app, so it is superportable! |
doggone it
I hate to be a pill but I can't find the the spreadsheet that compares the different ptrotein foods. I looked at it the other day and cant find the link now. Could someone please print it again? I will bookmark it this time. Thanks :joker:
