how do i post my progress pictures?

Well when you Reply to this message (not through Quick Message, through actual reply) your box for typing will pop up and above it you will see where you can change your Font, & Size, and the B I U spots, well to the right there is a box that looks like it has a little mountain on it, and if you scroll over it with your mouse it says 'Insert Image' click there

Go to the mini goal album on the main 3FC page.

Start a new thread.

type whatever words you want

manage attachments (click on it)

Then attach the pictures you want

then post

then copy and paste the URL for your thread on to your signature
