Ok wasn't sure how to title this!
Last Monday I weighed in (my official weigh in day) and I was 219...totally binged Monday afternoon & night..I know BAD!!
Back on track, doing great, but my PMS symptoms started Tues, so from then til today, Im bloated (feel like it), cranky, cravings... so I ate extra restricted (bars) 2 or 3 a day..well get on the scale Friday morning and I was down 216 pounds! Super excited, so I weigh myself this morning and I am 218now?!?!?! I don't think I lost any inches either... Is this all because of TOM??
(and yes except for the 2 or 3 bars a day I havent cheated)
Ugghh!! So So Frustrasted!
